The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) through its Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) has invited applications for multiple posts like Technical Assistant, Sub Officer, Technician, Heavy Vehicle Driver, Light Vehicle Driver etc. The recruitment will be done at LPSC units located at Valiyamalai, Thiruvananthapuram and Bengaluru.
ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2025: Important Dates
Starting date for online application: August 12, 2025 (2:00 PM onwards)
Last date for online application: August 26, 2025 (up to 2:00 PM)
Last date for payment of application fee: August 27, 2025 (up to 2:00 PM)
ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2025: Age Limit (as on August 26, 2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 35 years
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years (for reserved posts)
Ex-Servicemen, PWD, Departmental Candidates, Meritorious Sportspersons, Widows/Divorced Women etc. Age relaxation is available for other categories as per Government of India rules.
ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualifications
1. Technical Assistant (Mechanical/Electronics) – Level 7
Mechanical: 1st Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years)
Electronics: 1st Class Diploma in Electronics Engineering (3 years)
2. Sub Officer – Level 6
B.Sc. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) + Sub Officers Certificate.
OR Leading Fireman/DCO, 6 years of experience + Sub Officers Certificate.
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
Must meet prescribed physical fitness and PET norms.
3. Technician ‘B’ (Turner / Fitter / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic) – Level 3
Must have passed SSLC/SSC in the relevant trade from NCVT + ITI/NTC/NAC.
4. Heavy Vehicle Driver ‘A’ – Level 2
SSLC/SSC Pass
5 years of experience (minimum 3 years as HVD) + HVD License + Public Service Badge (if required)
5. Light Vehicle Driver ‘A’ – Level 2
SSLC/SSC Pass
3 years of experience as LVD + valid LVD License.
For Driver Posts (HVD/LVD)
Written Test (Objective Type, including Motor Vehicles Act, English, Arithmetic, GK)
Skill Test (Eligibility in Character)
Final selection will be based on the marks of the written test.
