The Zoological Park in Thrissur under the Forest Department is looking for workers for various vacancies. The posts are Pump Operator, Plumber and Junior Assistant. Interested candidates should apply offline till August 16.

Age Limit Candidates below 50 years of age can apply for the posts except Junior Assistant. The age limit for Junior Assistant post is up to 36 years.

Salary The selected candidates will be given a salary between Rs. 19,310 and Rs. 22,240 per month.

Qualification

Pump Operator

SSLC or equivalent.

ITI / ITC certificate in Motor Mechanics or Electrician trade issued by the concerned department of the Government of Kerala is also required.
Should have not less than one year of work experience in the post of Pump Operator / Plumber / equivalent from Central / State Government Departments, Central / State Public Sector Undertakings, Central / State Autonomous Institutions.
Assistant Pump Operator

SSLC or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in operating pumping plants in any Central / State Government Departments, Central / State Public Sector Undertakings, Central / State Autonomous Institutions.
Plumber

SSLC or equivalent.
Should have also ITI / ITC certificate in Plumber trade issued by the concerned department of the Government of Kerala.
Not less than one year of work experience in the post of Plumber from Central / State Government Departments, Central / State Public Sector Undertakings, Central / State Autonomous Institutions.
Junior Assistant (Accounts) :

Degree in Commerce from a recognized university Diploma/Certificate in M.S. Office from any institution recognized by the Central/State Government.

Junior Assistant :

Degree in any subject from a recognized university Diploma/Certificate in M.S. Office from any institution recognized by the Central/State Government,
